Brian Cleary, President CBG provides innovative thinking in benefits management for employers with 250 to 50,000+ employees. Particular expertise is provided in the areas of advanced health care strategies and progressive financial management leading to improved market competitiveness and increased profits. Brian's industry experience began in 1979 with responsibilities for hospital administration, HMO feasibility analysis and managed care marketing. Subsequently, Brian served with The Alexander Consulting Group for thirteen years. His progressively broader corporate leadership roles included client development/management, start-up office management, division level operations responsibilities, acquisition identification/development, and community liaison activities. These experiences led to the founding of CBG in 1998. Jointly, Brian and CBG support numerous community organizations. In 1996, Mr. Cleary received the Sacian Award from SACIA - The Business Council of Southwestern Connecticut recognizing outstanding community leadership and service. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a CEBS designation awarded jointly by the Wharton School of Business and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Heather Katz, Managing Principal Heather's responsibilities include operations
and organizational management as well as developing and maintaining current
clients, providing long term strategic focus and contributing to team
development and leadership. Heather
joined CBG as a founding member of the team on
Yvonne's responsibilities include ongoing service management for existing clients, to ensure that their long-term goals related to their employee benefit programs are met. Yvonne partners with her clients on a daily basis, providing them with technical depth and support, project management and service coordination. Yvonne has over 15 years
experience working in the employee benefits field with the majority of that
time spent in benefits administration at the corporate human resources level.
Prior to joining C BG, she was a Client Services Manager with an employee
benefits insurance broker servicing Fortune 500 Companies where she
specialized in executive benefits programs. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of
Science from Jillian's responsibilities include ongoing service management for existing clients, to ensure that their long-term goals related to their employee benefit programs are met. Jillian's industry experience began with CIGNA Healthcare as a Client Service Strategist, where she assumed overall service responsibility for many of CIGNA's Fortune 500 customers. She has several years of employee benefits experience with the majority of this experience related to service and account management. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English
from Mr. Treece joined CBG
in October of 2005, bringing along his sales experience as an Account
executive for a major recruiting firm in Previously, Mr. Treece held an internship with CBG where he supported the Client Service and New Business Development Team. Mr. Treece holds a Bachelor of Science, Library and
